1) Choose the products you want to purchase by clicking on “Add to Cart.”
2) After you have chosen all the products, click on “Cart” in the upper right, then click “Checkout.”
3) If you already have a JesusBoat.com account you will need to log-in.
3) If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one.
4) Follow the steps to checkout.
Once the order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation and order number in your email inbox.
If you do not want to place your order through our website, you may place a phone order. Please see the Contact Us page for telephone information.
Once you are logged in, click on “My Account” in the My Account box on the left hand side of the Homepage.
Here you can view your order status, order history, change your password, and update account information.
If you update your account details or change your password, be sure to click on Save Changes.
Customs and duties fees are determined by the destination country and unfortunately are unpredictable. JesusBoat.com is not responsible for nor has any control over clearing packages through customs, any customs fees, charges, or duties charged to the customer, or the amounts imposed. The customer is responsible to pay any and all fees, charges, or duties applied by customs. It should be noted that the USA and Israel have a free trade agreement and the imposition of customs fees or duties is rare.
The JesusBoat.com website accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club credit cards. We are able to accept check cards and debit cards as long as the card carries the logo of one of the above mentioned credit cards.
We also accept personal, business and bank checks. However, it is advisable to confirm the total before sending the check.
Gift cards and pre-paid cards from the above mentioned credit card companies can be problematic as they are often not for use outside the country of issue. Call the number on the back of your credit card gift card or pre-paid card to confirm if it can be used for purchases outside of your country.
JesusBoat.com also accepts Paypal. When purchasing with your Paypal account you will be charged in your local currency. Your credit card or bank statement will be T-Land Ltd Israel.
JesusBoat.com Gift Cards are always accepted as payment.
For some orders we will accept a bank transfer. However, this needs to be prearranged with JesusBoat.com. Please contact us directly if you want to pay for an order with a bank transfer.
The default currency on JesusBoat.com is US Dollars ($US). However, you have the option to change the currency to Euros (€) or GB Pounds (£) by using the pull down menu at the top of the website.
Your credit card will be charge in the currency you select.
For environmental concerns and economic concerns, JesusBoat.com has chosen not to produce a paper catalog. We welcome you to browse our on-line catalog and will be happy to answer any question you may have.

If you're dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, please contact JesusBoat.com to request a return.
You must notify JesusBoat.com within 30 days of receiving your order. The best way to contact us is via email or our Contact Us Form. Please reference the invoice number on the paperwork you received with your order. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours (unless you receive an email indicating we are closed for a holiday. Then you will be contacted as soon as we return.)
Returns valued $30 or more you have the option of an exchange or a refund. Returns valued under $30 are for exchange only. The merchandise can be exchanged for the same product or a product of like value. Wholesale Customers: All returned merchandise and expenses will be for store credit only.

Delivery times may vary, depending on the shipping method selected. Registered Mail takes approximately 3-4 weeks to reach the final destination. EMS (Express Mail Service) takes approximately 7-10 days to reach the final destination.
If your order will take longer than the standard shipping times, we will contact you via email.The first line you see with the amount to pay is a hold on the funds. This is a confirmation to us from your credit card company that you are able to pay this amount. Additionally, your credit card company confirms that we are a legitimate company before they release the funds to us.

Sometimes customers see what appears to be a double change on the credit card statement. This is not a double charge, it is the way the transaction must be handled.
New internet e-commerce security laws require that we conduct all international transactions in two stages.
The second line you see is the actual charge. This was completed when the order was shipped. This is the only time the amount is actually transferred from your account to JesusBoat.com.
The first line should be cancelled automatically within a few days.

We offer wholesale discounts and services for qualifying businesses, churches, congregations, ministries, and other charitable organizations.

Visits by church groups, pilgrimages and other tour groups are always welcomed in our retail store. It is best if you schedule your visit with the store manager before arriving in Israel. To schedule a stop for your group please complete our Contact Us Form or send us an email.
Visits by individuals are also welcomed! Please complete our Contact Us Form or email us if you need directions.
NOTE TO WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: The retail store in Israel and the on-line shop have very different policies regarding wholesale discounts. You must contact JesusBoat.com in advance if your intention is to shop with us in our retail store in Israel. If we do not know you are coming, we will not be able to arrange any discount.
Our retail store and internet business are located in northern Israel in the Lower Galilee about 10 minutes north of the city of Tiberias. More specifically, we are on Kibbutz Ginosar in the Yigal Alon Center which houses the Ancient Galilee Boat aka The Jesus Boat.
